1. Anything in our jewelry line, with the exception of all earrings(#4), personalized jewelry (#5), and rush orders of our handmade customized items may be returned but must be postmarked no later than 3 business days after you receive the shipment. Since we track all of our shipments, we adhere strictly to this policy. You must email us for a return authorization. We cannot help you with this over the phone. Packages without valid authorization numbers will be refused. You must email!
2. Premade items will require a 10% restocking fee to cover incurred expenses (shipping costs, etc). Handmade items from our collections will require a 20% restocking fee since they will have been made just for you. Shipping costs are not refundable. No items will be returnable after your wedding date.
3. All items must be returned insured and obviously in the same new & perfect condition in which you received them, and with the original inside packaging. We cannot be held responsible if the return does not safely reach us.
4. For sanitary reasons we cannot accept earring returns.
5. Special order name necklaces, initial necklaces, and any other special order designs** are not returnable. **If changes have been made to a style which are not specified as an option on the style/price page, this item will be considered a "Special Order" and that will be indicated on your invoice.
6. We consider placement of any orders to be your confirmation that you have read and understand our return policy. All refunds are issued by the same method as the original payment. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you paid using Paypal we can either refund your Paypal account or mail you a refund check. Please let us know your preference. 7. Layaway items are returnable but, since we do not charge interest, will incur a restocking fee equal to 25% of the item's selling price. ** The restocking fee may be necessary for transactions that are outside of our normal policy to covered incurred expenses.
8. Gift certificates are redeemable for merchandise only.
9. Errors made by Vintage Bridal Jewelry will be replaced at our expense once the original shipment is returned to us. (This hasn't actually happened yet but we do stand behind our work) |
